Every bathroom we install is backed by a written warranty covering both the products and our workmanship. You get the specific terms in writing before you commit.
Two Layers of Coverage
Manufacturer warranty
Covers the acrylic bases, wall panels and components against manufacturing defects. The term is set by the product line and stated in your agreement.
Workmanship warranty
Covers our installation — the waterproof seal, the plumbing connections we make, and the fit of every component. If our work fails within the period, we return and fix it.
Why Grout-Free Acrylic Holds Up
Most bathroom warranty claims trace back to water getting somewhere it shouldn’t — usually through failed grout or caulk. Our systems are non-porous acrylic with no grout lines, custom-measured and pre-fitted for a continuous seal. There is simply less to fail over time, which is what makes a meaningful workmanship warranty practical to offer.

How long is the warranty?
The exact term depends on the product line you choose and is written into your agreement. Your design consultant goes over the specific coverage — manufacturer and workmanship — during the free in-home consultation, before you sign anything.
What does the workmanship warranty cover?
Our labor — the installation itself: the seal at the base and walls, the plumbing connections we make, and the fit of the acrylic components. If something we installed fails within the workmanship period, we come back and correct it.
What is not covered?
Typical exclusions are damage from abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, alterations made by someone other than us after installation, and damage from misuse or a separate home problem such as a roof or supply-line leak. The full list is in your written warranty.
Is the warranty transferable if I sell my home?
Transferability depends on the product line and is stated in your written warranty. Ask your consultant if this matters for your plans.
